01
Lolnet
For many members, Lolnet was an early home: a place where friendships formed through the everyday rhythm of playing and building together.
The worlds before this one
A new name, built on an existing community.
LolCraft carries forward friendships and shared history from Lolnet and Creation Reborn—communities where many of today’s members first met, built and played together.
Where did the LolCraft community come from?
Many LolCraft members trace their community roots to Lolnet and Creation Reborn. LolCraft acknowledges both communities as important parts of the shared history that shaped today’s Australasian modded Minecraft community.
The shared lineage
Communities change. Connections carry on.
Servers close, packs change and names evolve. What lasts is the network of people who remember the old builds, the in-jokes, the ambitious projects and the players who made those worlds worth returning to.
02
Creation Reborn
Creation Reborn became another important chapter, carrying familiar connections into new worlds, projects and shared experiences.
03
LolCraft
LolCraft is today’s home—honouring what came before while welcoming a new generation of Australian and New Zealand players.
Why acknowledge the past?
History tells new players what kind of place this is.
LolCraft is not a temporary server assembled around a single modpack.
Its value comes from community continuity: people choosing to stay connected as games, servers and life change around them. Recognising Lolnet and Creation Reborn gives credit to the spaces where that continuity began and helps explain why LolCraft puts community ahead of any single world.
“The server may change. The community is what we keep building.”
Carrying the legacy forward
Keep what mattered. Make room for what’s next.
LolCraft’s aim is to preserve the welcoming, social side of those earlier communities while giving today’s players active modded worlds closer to home.
Remember
Acknowledge the communities, players and shared worlds that shaped LolCraft.
